Why won't my Document Upload?
Please be sure you are using one of the supported document types of .pdf, .docx, .doc, .xls or .xlsx
Why aren't my changes displaying on my website?
It will take 1 minute (sometimes up to 2 minutes) from the time you publish to when your website reflects the changes. Also be sure your content isn't in a draft and has actually been published!
How many seperate users can be created to login to the CMS
Each municipality can have up to 3 logins that have access to edit content. Please contact us to add additional users beyond 3, though there may be cost associated with this change.
I am unable to update part of the site. How can I update it?
We take the approach of allowing you to easily update the most important aspects of your website. If you find yourself wanting or needing to update other content, please fill out our feedback form. We monitor these submissions daily and will get back to you promptly.
